If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the office

Our office has some problems. We have an air conditioning unit in the server room that runs all the time but drips water and creates mold. The air conditioner for the office itself works only in temperatures up to 90 degrees and then starts to fail.
Therefore, we decided to guess when the office temperature would reach 80. It did at 3:30 (I had guessed 2:30.)
