Where’s the option for 3 weeks late?

Where’s the option for “a few days late” or something like that?! Not a full week, but not 100% on time.
Also - in IE (blahblahIEisSatanblahblah) your “Say It” button was disabled. Is this an anti-IE thing? Just curious!
