Why unsolicited credit card applications are dangerous

March 10th, 2006 Posted in News

Courtesy of Fark, someone decided to tear up a credit card application, repair it with scotch tape, and then send it back in.  The credit card company sent them back a card with a $5k limit.  No questions asked.

Good luck telling the companies you don’t want any more applications.  You’ll be getting them anyway.
